He is survived by: his parents, Earl Randolph and Janet Lewis Randolph of Cortland; his daughter Brittany N. Randolph of Groton; and his siblings, William E. Randolph of Cortland, Patrick M. Randolph (Kelly) of Homer and Donna I. Kinney (Murray) of Virgil. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends.
