He was predeceased by: his parents, Webster Phillips and Elizabeth Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Terri Phillips; his son Kurt Phillips (Heidi); his grandsons, Hudson and Rhys Phillips; his brother James Phillips; and his friends, Angela, David Stevens, Gene and Kathy Thompson of Montana. He is also survived by nieces and nephew.
