It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosalie A. Barber (Cortland, New York), who passed away on February 6, 2019, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Edward Whirtley and Genevieve (Jennie) Dingy-Whirtley; Aunts, Pauline Dingy-Johnson & Marie Dingy-Cook, her children, Todd and Matthew Coombs; her grandchildren, Dylan Ford and Rachael Brown (David); her great grandchild Logan; and her siblings, Velda Bumpus (Robert), Viola Whirtley and Edward Whirtley. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
