He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roger Watkins and Helen Watkins (Czerenda); his children, Ron, Niki Watkins of Cortland and Joshua Webster of Brooktondale; his grandchildren, Brook, Kassidy and Maverick; and his sister Connie Bulger (Don Porteus) of Brooktondale. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many long-time friends.
