He is survived by: his parents, Vicki Anderson (Hank) of Groton and Robert "Ozzy" Stephens Jr. (Betsy Clendenning) of McGraw; his children, Robert Lewis Stephens IV of Groton, Ryder Stephens and Allison Stephens of Cortland; and his siblings, Brittany Anderson of Cortland, Danielle Anderson of Groton and Ryan Anderson of Groton. He is also survived by friends especially by his mother who Rob was her only son.
