He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Helen Bell; his children, Christopher Bell and Kelley Brangan; his grandchildren, Scott, Sarah, Katie and Victoria; and his great grandchildren, Joseph, Emily, Scotty, Zachary and Jackson.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Wright-Beard Funeral Home Inc. (9 Lincoln Ave, Cortland, NY 13045). A Mass will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Mary's Church (44 N Main St, Cortland, NY 13045).
