She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Bombard and Florence Bombard (LaFleur); her husband Leland Frazier, Sr.; her former husband Andy Richards; and her children, Lana Lopez, Lisa Howell and Loren Frazier.

She is survived by: her children, Leland Frazier (Sue) of Moira, Lynn Frazier (Debbie) of Webster Mass, Lori Fleury (Kenneth) of Tavares Fl, Lonnie Frazier (Yovilla) of Webster Mass, Sabrina Best (Jessie) of North Bangor, Jerry King (Angel) of Malone, Leroy King (Mindy) and Brenda Taylor of Malone; and her stepchildren, June Pieklo (Jerry) of Florida, Gloria Baldwin (Brian) of Malone, Donald Richards of Cortland, Dorothy Brooks (Joel) of Malone, Roy Richards (Bonnie) of Bangor, David Richards (Jane) of Colchester, VT, Scott Richards (Rick Maloney) of Constable and Sue Richards of Bangor. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions in Rita's honor may be made to the Brushton Moira Senior Citizens.
