He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph J. Price and Clara L. Fletcher Price; his brothers, Robert Price and Kenneth Price Sr.; and his nephew Kenneth Price Jr..
He is survived by: his son Stephen P. Price (Cori) of Alexandria; and his sister-in-law Joan Price. He is also survived by many great nieces, and great nephews, great- great nieces and nephews, cousins.
