She is survived by: her mother Shirley Casey; her sisters, Kelly Card (Douglas Griest) of South Carolina, Jacqueline Swansbrough of New York and Ethel Woodard of New York; her brother-in-law Billy Phillips; her brothers, Mark Bohanan (Jennifer Dellow) of New York and Keith Woodard of Kansas; and her children, Brian Woodard of New York, Spencer Burns of New York, Renee Wing of New York, Crystal Burns of New York, Gregory Burns of New York and Jesse Burns of New York.
