He was predeceased by: his father Francis Manning; his wife Louise; and his brother Frank Manning (Louise M. Wescott). He is survived by: his children, Raymond "Jay" Wescott, Matthew Wescott, Mike Wescott, Paulette Smith (Clayton), Lyndsee Mott (Christopher), Amanda Morey (Jeremy), Christopher Wescott and Logan Wescott; his siblings, Art Manning, Carolyn Plummer, Joyce Nadge and Cathy Smith; his grandchildren, Brett Wescott, Brittany Henry, Justin Renfroe, Corey Wescott, Daniel Wescott, Zachary Wellman, Matthew Morey, Cheyenne Mott, Thomas Morey and Oliver Mott; and his close friend Vivian Powers. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
