He was predeceased by: his parents, Giuseppe Corpora and Maria Merlo Corpora; his wife Jane Corpora; his son Nicholas Corpora; and his siblings, Carl and Josephine Corpora.
He is survived by: his children, Placido "Pat" Corpora Jr. (Deborah), Richard Corpora (Sandy), Robert Corpora (Laura), John Corpora (Janice), Christopher Corpora (Lisa) and Pamela Corpora; and his sister Maria Sedlacek. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and numerous friends.
