She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Louie Vincent and Beulah Vincent (Blanchard); her children, Jon Scott (Ron Smith), Melissa Lynn (Glen Gutierrez) and Mary Beth; her husband Richard Osbeck; and her grandchildren, Mackenzie Schissler, Adam Gutierrez, Connor Schissler, Drew Schissler, Julia Gutierrez and Daina Gutierrez. She was also cherished by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospicare of Cortland County and the Cortland County SPCA.
