He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Charlotte Fregoe; his children, Sheila Chase (Norman), Bill Fregoe (Donna West), Michelle George (Brett), P. J. Fregoe, Chris Fregoe and Todd Fregoe; his stepchildren, Lisa Huthmacher (Jay Linstead), Kim Roos (Jeff) and Shawna Sipfle (Josh); and his siblings, Mary, Pauline and Joan. He was also cherished by several grandchildren, a great grandchild, nieces and nephews.
