He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul D. Heath Sr. and Kathy L. Heath; his brother Bradley Rice; and his nieces, Zoey, Ava Miller and Taylynn Orphan.
He is survived by: his children, Logan Heath, Aiden Heath and Briahnna Heath; the mother of his children Amanda Heath; his daughter Evie Marzano (Samantha Marazano); and his siblings, Joshua Rice, Dakota Orphan (Sean), Lindsay Crouch, Kyle Crouch, Mickyla Crouch and Morgan Maclaury (Nathan).
