He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray W. Campbell and Marie Barden Campbell; and his granddaughter Brooke Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Pamela; his children, Lisa Campbell (Emory Knight), Terri Thomas (Paul), Ashley Beaumont (Derrick), Jeff Campbell (Sherry Howell) and Steven Campbell; his grandchildren, Nikki, Dillon, Jennifer, Liam and Alex; his great grandchildren, Kolton, Sophia and Alex; his daughters, Lynette Vantage and Michelle Mott (Mitch); and his siblings-in-law, Hugh Wheeler (Laura) and Cherie Wheeler.
