It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Colette Clarke of Cortland, New York, who passed away on February 7, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Clarke; her siblings, Robert DeGregory and Carol DeGregory; and her sister-in-law Mary Clarke. She is survived by: her siblings, Gilbert DeGregory (Loretta) of Shoreham, N. Y. and June Cosentino of Florida; and her brother-in-law Gerald Clarke (Anne) of Cary. She is also survived by 21 nieces and nephews.
