She was predeceased by: her parents, William Epp and Dorothy Epp (Strauf); her husband John G. Sinclair; her sons, Donald and Ronald Riccardi; and her sisters, Barbara Wood of Memphis, Tenn, Peggy Duda of Florida and Patricia Fieldhouse of Phelps.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Birdsall and Rhonda Epp O'Mara; her grandchildren, Audrey Porter, Izaiah Taylor, Kevin Taylor, Alison O'Mara, Jessicia O'Mara, Matt O'Mara and Robert Epp (Jennette); her great grandchildren, Carson Epp, Jackson Epp and Grayson Epp; and her siblings, Michael (Dorothy), Ricky Epp, Robert Epp (Stacy), William Epp (Julie) of Cortland, Bettylou Epp Bakker (Joe Camillo) and Annie Palladino Van Donsel of Cortland.
In Lieu of flowers her wishes are that donations be made to ASPCA and The American Cancer Society.
