Mary A. Patriarco Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary A. Patriarco (Cortland, New York), who passed away on December 25, 2020, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Celestino Ferro and Madalena Ferro (D'Angelo); her husbands, Jack Sonnacchio and Geno Patriarco; her siblings, James, Robert Ferro, Esther Stiles and Anna Pennello; and her sisters-in-law, Gilda Contento and Lucy Distin.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jeanne Passalugo (Ed) of Hewitt, Texas and Jacqueline Meyer (Tim) of Pine City, NY; her stepsons, Gene Patriarca (Connie) of Springfield, VA, Vincent (Carol) and Nicholas Patriarco (Wendy) of Cortland, NY.; her grandchildren, Susan Pfleging (Dan), Jack Passalugo (Cheryl), Jennifer Geibel (Evan), Richard Petrucco (Sonya Langan), Patrick Meyer, Christine (Troy), Gina, Lisa Patriarca, Leslie, Suzanne, Dante and Gracie Patriarco; her great grandchildren, Andrew and Madeline Pfleging; and her siblings, Tina Paul of Dewitt, Patricia Durkee of Cortland, Salvatore (Maybelle) of Cortland and Richard Ferro (Marie) of Nags Head, NC. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Due to the pandemic a private burial for family only will be held in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery.
