It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mark Kelly (Cortland, New York), born in Rochester, New York, who passed away on February 14, 2019, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold and Sylvia; and his grandparents, Burgess, Vera Jones, Burr Bement and Estelle Congdon-Pierce.
He is survived by: his sister Tracey Kelly-Taylor (Stephen); his nieces, Sara Jean and Erin Elizabeth; and his half-siblings, Michael Jones and Tamara Graham. He is also survived by three aunts and several cousins.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to Catholic Charities of Cortland or Grace and Holy Spirit Church would be greatly appreciated.
