She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Slocum and Mabel Slocum (Miller); her husband Curtis Butler, Jr.; her children, Helen Butler and Carl Butler; her sister Janet Craig; and her siblings-in-law, Lloyd Henry and Joyce Slocum.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Holbrook (Mark) of Arkport, Marlene Mehlenbacher (Richard) of Florida and Lois Chapman (Keith) of Arkport; her grandchildren, Jeremy Holbrook (Kathy), Jennifer Payne (Roger), Joshua Holbrook (Nikki), Kimberly Thompson (David), Andy Mehlenbacher, Tina Mehlenbacher and Nathan Piedmont; her great grandchildren, Alexandria Holbrook, Julia Payne, Reese Payne, Rachel Holbrook, Jacey Payne, Kaitlyn Holbrook, Kristen Holbrook and Matthew Holbrook; her siblings, Ruth Henry, Chuck Slocum (Pat), Jim Slocum (Ella) and George Slocum; and her brother-in-law Al Craig. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
