We are sad to announce that on October 1, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Lucille M. Lowie of Cortland, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Casey and Ruth Towne Casey; her husband Karol W. Lowie; and her brother Donald Casey of Groton. She is survived by: her children, Sandra Pickett (Gary), Dianne Galutz, Karol M. Lowie (Joan), Stephen Lowie (Melody), Jeffrey Lowie (Lori), Timothy Lowie (Brenda) and Christopher Lowie. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
