He is survived by: his parents, Vane Talbot and Eleanor Talbot (Payne); his children, Bethany O'Dell (Samuel), April O'Dell (William), Onalee Bouton (Jason) of New Berlin, Erica Cruz (Benjamin) of Oneonta and Joel Talbot (CaSandra) of New Berlin; and his brothers, Donald Talbot (Joyce) of Edmeston and Ronnie Talbot (Peggy) of Fort Thomas. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
