Juanita I. Knapp Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Juanita I. Knapp of Cortland, New York, who passed away on April 18, 2023, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Reed Johnson and Maude Ellis Johnson; her husband Howard G. Knapp; her son Donald Knapp; her granddaughter Kelly Knapp; her siblings, Irene Rutan and Marvin Johnson; and her son-in-law Donald Cooper.
She is survived by: her daughter Linda L. Cooper of Cortland; her daughter-in-law Karen Knapp; her granddaughter Monica Williams; her great grandchildren, Roger and Donovan Williams; and her nieces, Kathy Irving (William), Susan Teeter (Dean) and Shirley Williamson (Lee).
Juanita was a longtime member of the American Legion Auxiliary, Cortland City Unit 489; the Cortland Senior Center and Club, King's Daughters and volunteered many years in many ways for RSVP.
