He is survived by: his parents, Thomas F. and Katherine Silvaggio Rosato; his wife Jo Anne Billodeau Rosato; his children, Chad Rosato (Tara) of Cleveland and Gina Withey (Dereck) of Cortland; his brother Thomas Rosato (Betsey) of Cortland; his sister-in-law Sis; and his grandchildren, Cole, Mason, Joseph Rosato and Kenzie Withey.
