It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph During Jr. of Cortland, New York, who passed away on January 22, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph During (Bud) and Helen During; and his siblings, Charles During and Margaret Myrto. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Hull; his daughters, Mary Ellen O'Rand (Bill), Patty Robbins (Ben) and Katherine Marshall (Ron); his grandchildren, Julia Marshall, Nicholas Marshall, Taylor Netti, Cassidy Robbins and Emily Robbins; and his parents-in-law, Edward and Marian Hull. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and cousins.
