He was predeceased by: his parents, John Brewster Palmer and Clara Smith Palmer; his wife Barbara; and his daughter Cheryl Palmer. He is survived by: his daughter Cindy; his son-in-law Robert Skala of Delanson, NY; and his granddaughter Corinne Skala of Medford, MA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Virgil Fire Department or the Cortland Co. SPCA.
