He was predeceased by: his parents, John Colgan McNeil and Henrietta Huxford McNeil. He is survived by: his children, John Colgan McNeil III (Elizabeth), Nora McNeil Kszystyniak (Josh) and Emily McNeil; his siblings, Martha Auster (Moe), Maureen Wermers (Dan) and James McNeil (Molly); and his cousin David McNeil. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
