He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Palm and Mary Louise Palm (Marsh). He is survived by: his wife Florence (Frost); his children, Jeffrey (Rebecca) of Cortland, Steven (Bonnie) of New Oxford, PA and Linda Snyder (David) of Joplin, MO; his grandchildren, Eric, Keith of Cortland and Stephanie Reichart (Wes) of Baltimore, MD; and his sister Barbara Hall of Port Orange, FL.
