She was predeceased by: her parents, Keith Hollister and Lenora Burlingame Hollister. She is survived by: her husband John H. Phelps; her children, John (Jessica Phelps) and Jesse (Amber Phelps) of McGraw; her granddaughters, Kala and Madison; and her siblings, Brenda Seiferman and Brent Hollister. She is also survived by several nieces, cousins, aunts, uncles.
