It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James N. Wagner of Cortland, New York, born in Franklin, Tennessee, who passed away on December 9, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Wagner and Ruby V. Ledford Smith. He is survived by: his wife Wendy; his children, Molly Wagner of Cortland, Sarah Quaile (Greg Fleischer) of Port Jefferson, NY, Daniel Wagner, Justin Wood (Diana) of College Station and Trevor Wood of Charlotte; his brother Mark Wagner of Tennessee; his cousins, Dwight and Gail Wagner of Belvidere; and his pets, Dobby and Bella. He is also survived by five grandsons, two granddogs.
