He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lundy and Emily Nearpass Lundy; and his sisters, Elizabeth Fox, Alice Putnam and Marion Burnett.
He is survived by: his son James W. Lundy Jr.; his siblings, Robert, Eugene Lundy and Evelyn Gallow; his grandson Bruce Hobbs (Stamatia Hobbs); and his great grandchildren, Basil and Idalia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
