He was predeceased by: his parents, Irving D. Goodrich Sr. and Marie Dolk Goodrich; his wife Mary DiPietro; and his son Steven Mark Goodrich (Susan Bonsteel). He is survived by: his former wife Jane Hicks; his children, Scott Goodrich (Rosie Taravella) of Port Murray and Susan Perleoni (Jeff) of El Cajon; his grandchildren, Ben Goodrich, Abby Goodrich, Jaden and Gianna Perleoni; his stepdaughters, Nancy Northrop (Willard), Donna (Robert Pufky) and Nina (Michael MacLean); and his stepgrandchildren, Joselyn, Hilary Northrop and Michael MacLean. He is also survived by great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Donations may be made in Irv's name to the Elizabeth Brewster House in Homer, the Food Bank of Central NY, or a charity of choice.
