He was predeceased by: his father William Balitz. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Hayes; his children, Cherie Milazzo, Howard Balitz (Jerilyn) and Jeni Pearlman (Ryan); his grandchildren, Robert, Amanda, Harley, Benjamin and Natalie; his great grandchild Harley, Jr.; and his siblings, Joan, Mary and Ronald. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
