With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen Leona Phelps (Cortland, New York), who passed away on August 7, 2020 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her children, Dale (Mary Ann), Theresa (Lance Stryker) and K. Roy (Ann Marie); her grandchildren, Aimee, Luke, Heidi, Ethan, Heather, Holly and Mary Katherine; her nephew Rev. James Laun; her niece Connie; and her sister-in-law Elsie Wildman of Cortland. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
