He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Foster and Fanny Kryger Foster; his wife Shirley Williamson Foster; his grandsons, Steven Snyder and Bryan Snyder; his son-in-law Thomas McDonald (Lorrie); and his siblings, Paul, Robert, Ralph, Ernest, Carl, Ethel Briggs, Mary Jane Foster and Edna Mae Widger.
He is survived by: his siblings, Charles Foster and Ruth Stevens; and his children, Sharon Strom (Bill), Sue Fox (Chris), Lorrie (late Tom), Ronald Foster, Donald Foster (Lisa), Patty Gutchess (Nick) and Gary Foster (Darlene). He is also survived by his grandchildren, great grand children and may nieces and nephews.
