He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Joanne Twomey Jacobs; his pet Bob; his sister Nancy Blake (Jerry Kinsman); his niece Erica Blake (Mark); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jenny, Zach and Sawyer; his nephew Ben; his stepchildren, Amy and Lee Armstrong; his aunt Midge; his uncle Jim; and his close friend Jimmy Corl (Libby Marks).
