He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his siblings, Graham Boulter (Ardie) and Elaine Mitchell (Terry); his stepchildren, Melanie Southworth (Simon), Adrienne Nadge (Jason), Don Kopp (Julie), Joe Kopp and Kate Guido (John); and his stepgrandchildren, Porsha, Isaiah, Eli, Justice, Amanda, Jacob, Chloe, Anthony, Bella, Brandon, Don, Kylie and Joshua. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and step-greatgrandchildren.
