He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Gleason and Lulu Gleason; and his siblings, James, Betty and Rose.
He is survived by: his wife Frances; his children, Suzzan Cottom (Darrell) of Scott, NY, Grant Jr. Gleason (Lisa) of Society Hill, SC, Judy Marshall (James) of Conway, SC, Rose Hollenbeck (Keith) of Asheboro, NC, Peggy Hicks (John Marsh), Lorrie (Dan), Louanne Grainger (Anthony) and Lois (James); and his siblings, Otis, Frank (Dickie), Charles (Bill), Carol and Mary. He is also survived by thirty-five grandchildren, fifty-six great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild.
