He is survived by: his friend Theresa Porter Tummino; his father Jerry Bell (Jerry) of Cortland, NY; his siblings, Sandy Bell Miller of Cortland, NY, Dawn Bell Anderson (Dan) of North Carolina, Wayne Bell (Vicki Whelock) of North Carolina and Abdul Bell of Syracuse; his nieces and nephews, Brandon Alverez, Ashlee Miller, Logan Bell, Jesse Bell, Shane Bell and Gracie Brown; and also Fayanne Bell.
