He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Hayes and Alice Richard; and his stepmother Marie. He is survived by: his brother John; his wife Donna; his daughters, Lisa Marie Hayes and Fanny Elizabeth Hayes; his siblings, Kenneth Hayes, William "Wilbur" Hayes (Vicky), Richard Barnhart (Katie), Betty Quail, Elsie Todd, Pearl McKane and Regina Foster (Bob); his grandchildren, Ashley Hayes, Lance Hayes (Nicole), Arykamae Landsdowne and Rachel Stone; his great grandchild Lance Allen Hayes; and his brothers-in-law, Ronald Miller, Stanley Miller and Wayne Miller.
