He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess Harvey and Edna Satterly Harvey; his wife Judith A. Harvey; and his brothers, Edward, Bernard, Joe and William.
He is survived by: his children, Fred J. Harvey Jr. (Belinda), Kermit E. (Joyce), James P. (Katrina), Charlean E. Harris (Eddie), Barbara J. Barrows (Ronald), Carol A. Bassett (Daniel), Kelley L. Stupke (Dave Heider) and Tricia C. Ward (Brian); his sister Kathleen Morey; and his close friend Beverly Horner. He is also survived by 21 Grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren.
