She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence S. Homer and Beth Secord Homer; her husband Carl L. Hulbert; and her sons, Shel and Scott Hulbert.
She is survived by: her daughter Billi Carol Gizzi (John) of Homer; her siblings, Marilyn Mowry and Kenneth Homer; her sisters-in-law, Caroline Anderson and Margaret Sackett; and her grandchildren, Angela and Christopher Gizzi.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Mrs. Hulbert's name may make a donation to the Hospice Foundation of Cortland, 11 Kennedy Parkway, Cortland NY 13045 or to the Elizabeth Brewster House Activity Fund, 41 S. Main St., Homer, NY 13077.
