She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Starr and Ruth Marie Declercq. She is survived by: her husband Terry Owen; her sister Joan Kehlenbeck; her brother-in-law John Kehlenbeck of Cuddebackville, NY; her daughters, Sherry Anne Owen and Susan Miller; her son-in-law Gregg Miller; and her grandsons, Nathaniel Miller and Benjamin Miller.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing to donate in Elizabeth's memory are encouraged to contribute to the scholarship fund set up for her late husband, Terry Owen, for graduating students at Herkimer Central School pursuing a secondary degree.
