He is survived by: his parent Ruth Molineux Salisbury; his wife Jo Anne Miller Salisbury; his daughter Denise Storm of Conway, MA.; his grandchildren, Jack Edward Storm of Conway, MA and Madelyn Hope Storm of Conway, MA; and his sisters, Martha Sielaff (Ray) of Florida, Mary Morris (Al) of Florida and Charlotte Taylor (James) of Florida. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and countless friends.
