He was predeceased by: his parents, George Phillips and Edith Phillips (West); his wife Delores Phillips (Allen); his sister Shirley Wyatt; his son Darrin Phillips; and his son-in-law Troy Pierce.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Phillips, Rebecca Giessman (Andrew) and Tamara Pierce; and his grandchildren, Jason Phillips (Kristi), Shannon Goggin (Shaughn), Shaun and Olivia Giessman. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests monetary donations be directed to Tamara Pierce or Rebecca Giessman, 3677 Pendleton Street, Cortland, NY 13045 to assist with expenses.
