He is survived by: his wife Shirley Burnham (Mowry); his children, Douglas Burnham, Jr. (Renee), Laurie Miller (John), Terry Vestal (Shelly Clark) and Shirron Knickerbocker (Steve O'Dell); his siblings, Charlotte Ellsworth (Jean) and Stephen Burnham (Mary); and his grandchildren, Kayla Burnham, Jenelle Treacy (Tanner), Corey Sims, Courtnee Sims, Calista Dayton, Trenton Allbright, Tara Knickerbocker and Ava Knickerbocker. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
