It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald R. Sharpsteen (Cortland, New York), who passed away on April 11, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Marjorie Sharpsteen; and his grandson Jesse Sharpsteen. He is survived by: his parents, Donald Kirby and Frances Nancy Sharpsteen (Searles); his children, Julie McGuire (John) of Roanoke, TX, Fay Sharpsteen (Marlene Berich) of Mt, Jaime Sharpsteen of Abilene, TX and James Sharpsteen (Ianthe Warner) of Ithaca, NY.; and his grandchildren, Brian McGuire, Amy Morgan (Rachel), Alexander Sharpsteen, Michael Sharpsteen, Kya Schadewald and Ty Schadewald.
