He is survived by: his wife Peggy Foster-Griest; his father Donald Griest Sr.; his siblings, Douglas Griest of Sc, Darrell Fiene and Denise Strickland (Bill) of Cincinnatus; his stepsons, Terrance and Billy; and his grandchildren, Lily Rose, Brayden Hunter, William, Elyssa, Jaylynn and Juju.
