With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald P. McHugh (Cortland, New York), born in Buffalo, New York, who passed away on February 21, 2020 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lennon McHugh and Margaret Buffum; and his siblings, Ted McHugh, James McHugh and Mary Mason.

He is survived by: his wife Mickey; his children, Dawn Daggs (Kurt) of Churchville, N. Y, Lisa Rigge (John) of Camillus, N. Y. and Staci McHugh of Syracuse, N. Y.; his grandchildren, Ryan, Lauren Daggs, Amanda and Sarah Rigge; and his brother Michael McHugh (Rosalie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
