He is survived by: his wife Juanita; his close friend Ellen Randall; and his children, Tina Boyce, Robert Boyce (Pam), Kathy Case (Walter), Eileen Roupp (Jerry), Maria Bohanan (Glenn), Julie Gallup (Tom), Sabrina Carlisle (Trent), Debbie Ashendorf (Harry), Bradley Boyce (Chelsey), Raymond Donald Boyce and Michaele Boyce. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, and loving nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorials to the American Heart Association be donated in Donald's name.
